OFFICIAL ENTRY RULES

1. The installation or repair will be determined by a licensed technician to meet the needs of the applicant.
2. To qualify you must fill out an official Heat from His Heart application.
  • Complete and submit the online application form on our website www.heatfromhisheart.com/apply
3. To qualify, you must own and live in the house which is being submitted on the application.
4. To qualify, you must live in Stark or Wayne County.
5. Please fill out the application in its entirety - the more information you supply, the easier it will be to qualify your need.
6. Once all the entry forms have been submitted and reviewed, you may receive a phone call or visit to your home so we can verify your need.
7. All applicants will be notified in writing or by phone.


COMPLETING AN APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE AN APPROVAL BY THE SELECTION BOARD TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT FURNACE AND NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND ARE MADE.
